Hello everyone! Summer is here and this nice weather has me itching out get outside and moving AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Working out isn’t always easy, but I make sure I get at least 45 minutes of exercise everyday!
As you may have read in one of my recent posts. I quit the gym and I haven’t looked back. I’ve created several different workout routines to fit my schedule. Today I’m sharing one of my favorites. I love to use this one as my main workout because can do it anytime and anywhere. I also love that this routine works the entire body leaving me feeling it the next day.
I try to do each set (except for cardio) twice. After the first set is finished I take a minute break to stretch and drink water, then I start the second set.
My favorite place to do a workout is on the beach. Theres nothing better than breathing the fresh salty air while getting moving. Let me know in the comments below where you like to go to workout!
